Cant access internal websites on Randolph Wireless
Please check your network settings and make sure you are not pointing at an external DNS like Google (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1). You should be using our internal DNS (10.10.20.13 or 10.10.20.16) which is what you should get when we assign you an address on our network using DHCP.
What browser are you using on your laptop?
If using Chrome, go into settings, search for DNS and Secure DNS. If using Secure DNS make sure it is using OS default and not some external DNS like Cloudflare or Google or turn it off.
If using Firefox, go into settings then search DNS and look for DNS over HTTPS. Make sure it is set to default or OFF.
If using Edge, go into settings and search DNS and look for Use Secure DNS. If using Secure DNS make sure it is using OS default and not some external DNS like Cloudflare or Google or turn it off.
If using any other browser search for similiar settings ( secure DNS or DNS over HTTPS) and turn it off.
Try accessing the sites again.
