Randolph Portal Account Password Requirements

Beginning March 13, 2023, Randolph College has set the following requirements for passwords

 

·  12 characters in length

·  Must contain at least three of the following:

o Upper case

o Lower case

o Number

o Special character

·  You will be required to change your password every 365 days, rather than every three months.

 

We recommend using a phrase that you will remember. For instance, I like to walk on the beach!

 

Forgot password or need to change it?

1) Go to RCconnect https://inside.randolphcollege.edu/Login.aspx 

 

2) Select  “Forgot Password? Click here” as seen below.

3) You will then be taken to a webpage that requires you to enter your network ID. This is the same as your user name. 

4) Once you have entered your user name and clicked on “Continue,” a reset code will be sent to your alternate email address or via text message. Once you enter the code you will be able to reset your password
