Shared Mailboxes

In order to maintain consistency and easier management for shared email inboxes, all new shared mailboxes will be created in Microsoft 365. Even if you use Gmail for your Randolph email, all users have access to open shared mailboxes in Office 365. Here is how to access them:
 
  1. In a web browser, go to https://outlook.office.com
  2. If prompted to login, use your email address and the same network password used to login to your computer, the Portal, etc.
  3. Click the button at the top right, and select "open another mailbox"
  4. Enter the name or email address of the shared mailbox and open it
  5. For quick access, you can bookmark the address you get sent to, which is in the format https://outlook.microsoft.com/mail/[email address]@randolphcollege.edu
